Are you a Union Shop?

Yes, Prime Construction is a signatory member of the Carpenters Local 4 and 166, Painters/Tapers Local 502 and 676, and Plasterers Local 18.

Do you perform residential construction?

At this time, we are only complete commercial construction projects.

How do I request a bid or estimate for my project?

Is safety a priority for your company?

Yes, we have an enviable on-the-job safety record with a current EMR of .68.

What is your scope of work?

See our services page for a full description of all the work we can perform.  We install metal studs, drywall, drywall finishing, painting, wallcovering, plaster, EIFS, operable walls, batt and sprayed acoustical, acoustical ceilings, weather barrier, raised access flooring, fireproofing.

What size projects can Prime Construction perform?

Where do you work?

Prime Construction services the entire Quad Cities area as well as a 100-mile radius around the QCA.  We will evaluate each project individually and can travel further to accommodate some projects.
