These features come at lower installed prices than many common systems such as rigid board and batt insulations, sprayed plasters, and acoustical ceilings, making them a practical and economical choice for a wide variety of projects.
Prime can apply sprayed acoustical insulation to virtually any properly prepared surface configuration of wood, steel, concrete, glass, and other common construction surfaces. Some of the available products can be sprayed up to five inches thick overhead in one application without mechanical support. It also serves as an exposed finish requiring no additional materials.
Sprayed acoustical insulation is an especially good fit for large spaces prone to echo, especially those with tall ceilings, like lobbies, auditoriums, stadiums, parking garages, and more. We have several options available to ensure your sound control, temperature, and design requirements are met, including a variety of colors.
